Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within three business days. Our design staff will contact you and if necessary we will send you a proof to ensure your satisfaction. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. All shipping charges are additional.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, your order will be customized to your specifications and personalized. Once you have approved our proof and we have produced your item it will not be returnable. If you do not approve the proof, the portion of your deposit which represents design fee, will be retained by us. If you cancel prior to any design work you will receive a full refund.

Privacy Policy
All information collected is for the purpose of billing and shipping needs. We will not sell or share your information.

Trademarks and Copyrights
If there is a trade mark or copyright associated with an image or logo that is required, please ensure that written permission for us to reproduce the image or logo is provided by the owner of the trademark or copyright and that permission is supplied with the order. The order will not be processed without that permission. It will not be the responsibility of Etched in Stone to research any trademark, image or logo and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
